Every item you purchase and receive from Addy’s Closet should be as special as the child for which you are purchasing it! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and provide you with a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Please note the following:
- All items must be returned to us within 14 days from receipt of purchase.
- All returns must be in unused/unwashed condition with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
- Regular-priced items can be exchanged for a different size (if available)** or returned for credit to the original form of payment.
- Sale items can be exchanged for a different size (if available)** or a store credit will be issued to apply toward a future purchase.
- Clearance items (items discounted 50% off or more) are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping and handling fees subtracted from your purchase credit.
To make a return, simply follow the directions below:
- Email email@example.com to notify us that you would like to return or exchange an item and to request a return authorization code (RAC). Please include your order number, list of items you would like to return and/or exchange, and reason for return/exchange.
- We will provide you with the RAC and return shipping address.
- We strongly recommend that you ship your return to us using a shipping method that is insurable and/or trackable, as we cannot provide proper credit or exchange for non-receipt of returns.
- Please note that returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 days of the date we receive them, and you will receive an email notification informing you of the status of your return or exchange.
To ensure availability of an item you wish to exchange, we strongly recommend that you purchase the item online and then return the original item to us for credit back to the original form of payment or a store credit.
